Chicken Orange Meed South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles

Chicken Orange Meed Ingredients:

1.Chicken - 1kg
2.Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
3. Chilly powder - 1 teaspoon
4.Orange juice - of 2 oranges.
5. Vegetable oil - 1 teaspoon
6.Water - 2 teaspoon
7.Salt - to taste

For decoration: 1.Slices of 1 orange
2.Parcily stem

Method of preparation Chicken Orange Meed :

Clean the chicken and cut in to ten pieces . Keep them in a broad vessel.
Mix oil with orange juice and pour the mixture over the chicken. Heat mildly.
When one side of chicken turns to brown in color, flip it and roast the other side.
Add chilly powder, pepper powder and salt. Stir thoroughly.

Add one cup of water to the chicken .Cook with a reduced flame. Stop heating when the oil becomes clear. Transfer the chicken to another vessel, decorate with orange slices and parcily and serve hot.
