Kerala South Indian Chicken Loaf
South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles
• Chicken Loaf Ingredients:-
• 1. Chicken - 250 gms
• 2. big onion - 3
• 3. ginger - 1 tb sp
• 4. green chilly - 3
• 5. garam masala - 1/2 tea sp
• 6. milk - 1/4 cup
• 7. salt - to taste
• 8. garlic - 1 tb
• 9. turmeric powder - 2 pinch
• 10. coriander leaves - sufficient quantity
• 11. egg - 2
• 12. bread - 10 pieces

• Method of preparation Chicken Loaf :
•
• Cut onion into small pieces and fry in oil. Also fry ginger, green
chilly and garlic. Cook the chicken pieces and crush them. Mix the fried
ingredients with the
• chicken and add turmeric, garam masala, stir well.
• Cut edges of the bread pieces and keep them spread on a baking
tray
• after applying a little butter on the pieces. Spread the cooked
masala
• over the bread pieces and again keep the bread pieces spread on
the
• tray. Again spread masala over the bread.
• Finally mix the milk and egg and pour it over the bread pieces.
• Sprinkle pepper powder at the top and bake the bread.
