• Chicken Gravy Ingredients:-
•
• 1. chicken - 300 gms
• 2. onion - 1
• 3. tomato - 1
• 4. clove - 2
• 5. cinnamon - 2 pieces
• 6. elachi - 2
• 7. puree made with ginger and garlic - 2 tea sp
• 8. garam masala - 3 tea sp
• 9. chicken masala - 3 tea sp
• 10. green chilly - 3
• 11. coriander seed powder - 3 tea sp
• 12. pepper - 1 tea sp
• 13. coriander leaves, pudina leaves - a little
• 14. curd - 8 tea sp
• 15. salt - to taste

• Method of preparation Chicken Gravy :
•
• Heat oil in a pan and fry onion, clove, cinnamon, elachi, ginger,
garlic and green chilly.
• Add pieces of tomato, pieces of chicken, coriander leaves and
salt. Stir well. Reduce the flame and heat for 40 minutes. Then add garam
masala, chicken masala and chilly powder.
• Finally pour the curd into it. Take the chicken out and serve.
