Chicken - Egg Curry South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles

•Chicken - Egg Curry Ingredients:-

• 1. Chicken - 600 gms
• 2. boiled egg - 2
• 3. big onion - 500 gms
• 4. green chilly - 40
• 5. small onion - 1 piece (make into paste)
• 6. garlic - 1 (make into paste)
• 7. tomato - 250 gms
• 8. chilly powder - 2 tb sp
• 9. garam masala - 1 pinch
• 10. turmeric powder - 1 tea sp
• 11. Coriander pudina curry leaves - as required
• 12. salt - to taste
• 13. coconut oil - as required

• Method of preparation Chicken - Egg Curry :

• Step.1
• Grind the small onion and make it a paste. Cut tomato into very small pieces, mix with green chilly and smash.

• Step.2
• Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seed. When it cracks, add small onion, garlic, ginger and fry them. Continue frying until oil becomes clear.

• Step.3
• Mix tomato and curd thoroughly. Add pieces of chicken and curry leaves and stir well. Then add two cups
• of water. Close vessel and heat. When water is dried up, open the vessel and fry the chicken.
