Chicken Curry Chicken Kolambu Ingredients:-
1. onion - 2
2. tomato - 1/2 cup
3. coriander seed - 100 gms
4. red chilly - 100 gms
5. milk of coconut - 3 cup
6. chicken - 250 gms
7. coriander leaves - a little
Method of preparation Chicken Curry Chicken Kolambu :
Cut onion into small pieces. Fry in oil along with coriander seeds and
red chilly. Grind that in a mixer and make a puree.
Crack mustard seeds in a broad vessel.. Add onion, tomato and chicken
and heat thoroughly.
Take the puree made earlier, add water to make it a liquid and pour into
the vessel in which the chicken is cooked. On boiling, add milk of coconut
and salt. Boil for another 5 minutes and take out. Sprinkle coriander
leaves and serve.
