Chicken Cashew Curry ( Sri Lankan )
• Chicken Cashew Curry Ingredients:-
• 1. chicken cut into 8 equal pieces - 1 kg
• 2. salt, pepper powder - to taste
• 3. oil - 3 table sp
• 4. fenugreek - 2 tea sp
• 5. big onion cut into small pieces - 300 gms
• 6. green chilly - 12 (cut into small pieces)
• 7. garlic - 12 pellets (cut into small pieces)
• 8. clove - 1
• 9. elachi powder - 1 pinch
• 10. curry leaves - to taste
• 11. cinnamon - 1 small piece
• 12. turmeric powder - 1 tea sp
• 13. chilly paste - 1 tea sp
• 14. thick coconut milk - from3 coconuts
• 15. curry powder - 3 tea sp
• 16. Cashew nut - 500 gms
• 17. green peas - 200 gms
• 18. second milk of coconut - 3 cups

• Method of preparation Chicken Cashew Curry :.
•
• Apply salt and pepper on the chicken. Heat oil in a pan and fry
all ingredients from 4 to 0 till it
• becomes golden brown. Add ingredients 10 to 14.Add chicken and
when boils add ingredients 15 to 17 and cook well. Cook cashew nut separately
as it will take more time and add to the chicken.
