Chicken Berger Ingredients:-
1. minced chicken without bone - 1/4 kg
2. bread soaked in water - 1/2 cup
3. yellow part of egg - 1
4. small onion cut into pieces - 1/2 cup
5. spring onion cut into pieces - 1 tb sp
6. pepper powder - 2 tea sp
7. garlic (smashed ) - 6 pellets
8. tomato sauce - 1 tb sp
Method of preparation Kerala Chicken Berger :
Mix chicken with all other ingredients and keep for 10 minutes. Divide
that into 4 parts. Keep it on a kadai and spread with hand. Flip the chicken
to get both sides roasted. Add oil and heat.
Keep cheese and sauce above it and serve.
