Chappathi Ingredients:-
(1) wheat flour – ½ kg
(2) water – as required
(3) salt – 1 pinch
(4) oil – 50 gms
Method of preparation Chappathi
Keep aside half cup of wheat flour. Wet the remaining flour with hot
water, add salt and 2 spoons oil. Mix well and make a thick paste.
Make it into small balls. Soak the balls in the wheat flour kept aside.
Press the balls on chappathi stone.. Put it on kadai and roast both sides.
