Chakkara Peera Unda Jaggery Peera Ball Ingredients:-
1. Rice flour – 1/2kg
2. Cumin seed – ½ sp
3. Salt – 1 pinch
4. Water – as required
5. Grated coconut – ½ coconut
6. Jiggery – 100 gms
7. Elachi – 2
Method of preparation Chakkara Peera Unda Jaggery Peera Ball
Grind the cumin seed and mix with rice flour. Add salt and water and
make it similar to chappathi mix. Make it into medium size balls.
Mix jaggery and powdered elachi together and rub the grated coconut with
the hot mixture.
Dig a hole in each ball with your forefinger and fill that part with
the jaggery – coconut mixture. Seal the hole. Keep the ball in idly
cooker and conduct steam cooking.
