• Cessamy Chicken Ingredients:-
•
• 1. chicken cut into pieces - 1 1/2 kg
• 2. maida - 1 cup
• 3. chilly powder - 1 tea sp
• 4. pepper powder - 1/2 tea sp
• 5. vinegar - 1/2 cup
• 6. soya sauce - 2 tea sp
• 7. tomato sauce - 1/2 cup
• 8. roasted sesame - 1/4 cup
• 9. ginger, garlic paste - 1 tea sp
• 10. salt, oil - as required

• Method of preparation Cessamy Chicken :
•
• Make a mixture of pepper powder, salt, maida and chilly powder,
apply on the chicken and
• keep for 3 to 4 hrs. Put the chicken pieces in coconut oil, fry
and
• take out. Add ginger and garlic in the oil and heat. Add vinegar
and
• both sauces. Stir well and add salt and roasted sesame.
• Add the fried chicken pieces into above mixture, mix well and
serve.
