Cashew - Rice Sweet Ladu Ingredients:-
1. Boiled rice - 1 glass
2. coconut - one big piece
3. jaggery - 150 gms
4. cashew nut - 15
5. elachi - 3
Method of preparation Cashew - Rice Sweet Laddu :
Roast and grind the boiled rice. Also grind grated coconut and cashew nut in a mixer. Mix it with powdered jaggery and the boiled rice flour. Mix elachi powder also.
Mix thoroughly and make small balls.
