Carrot Halwa Ingredients :
1.carrot - 300 grams.
2.maidha - 2 tab sp
3.milk - 2 cups
4.cashewnut - 10
5. ghee - 3 tab sp
6.sugar - 1 cup
7.elaichi
Method of preparation Carrot Halwa
Remove outer skin of carrot. Mix maida with milk and heat it in a vessel.
Add sugar and carrot. Stir so as not to get stuck at bottom of vessel.
While stirring add ghee little by little. Cut the cashew nuts into small
pieces and fry them in ghee. Add the fried cashew and elachi powder into
the milk-maida mixture. Transfer the mixture into another vessel in which
ghee is applied already. When it is cold, cut into pieces and serve.
