Cake Ingredients:-
1. maida - 250 gms
2. milk - 1 cup
3. egg - 2
4. sugar - 1 cup
5. coconut - 2
6. elachi powder - 1 tea spn
Method of preparation Cake
Grate the coconut. Whip the egg and mix that with maida, milk and salt.
Mix the grated coconut with sugar and elachi powder. Apply ghee in a broad
vessel. Pour the prepared mixture and roast both sides. Add grated coconut
at the center and fold the cake.
