Bund Puttu Ingredients:-
1. Washed dried raw rice flour – ½ kg
2.coconut – half of a coconut
3.salt, water – as required
Method of preparation Bund Puttu
Take the rice flour in a vessel. Add salt and mix. Wet the flour by adding
water little by little and mixing. Do not make it a paste.
Transfer the mix into a small flat vessel and keep inside idly cooker.
Close the vessel and do steam cooking. At intervals, open the vessel,
add grated coconut and stir. When the cooking is over, sprinkle a little
sugar over this. Take out and serve hot.
