Bombay chutney recipes
• Ingredients Bombay chatney recipes:-

• 1. Big onion - 1
• 2. Potato - 1
• 3.Cumin seed - 1/2 teaspoon
• 4.Broken Urad dal - 1/2 table spoon
• 5.Mustard seeds - 1/4 teaspoon.
• 6.Tamarind - 1/2 teaspoon
• 7.Green chilly- 2
• 8.Maida - 1 table spoon
• 9.salt to taste.
• 10.oil - 1/2 table spoon.
Method of preparation Bombay chutney recipes:-
Take oil in a pan and heat over a stove. Put the cumin seed and roast
it. Add the mustard seeds and broken urad dal. When the mustard cracks,
add onion and chilly. Stir and roast it till the onion gets brown color.
Add potato, salt and water and heat them. Add the maida in water separately
and pour that mixture into the chutney. Heat gently. Take out and serve.
