Beef Cutlet Ingredients:-
1.beef - 1 kg.
2.ginger - 100 gms
3. green chilly - 1/2 kg
4. curry leaves - a little
5. bread crunches - 1/2 kg
6. masala - 20 gms
7. egg - 1
8. coconut oil - 1/2 kg
9. potato - 1/2 kg
Method of preparation Beef Cutlet
Cook potato and smash. Cut the ingredients 2 to 5 into small pieces and
heat them. Add pieces of meat and apply heat. When the meat is well cooked
allow it to dry. Keep a low flame till the entire water is dried off.
Add the potato into that. Grind the masala and mix that with the meat.
If the water content is more, add bread crunches and make it dry.
Make small balls with the mixture and press them to any shape. Break
the egg , whip it and apply over the cutlet.
Give a coating of bread crunch to the cutlet and fry that in boiling coconut
oil.
