Beef Curry

•Beef Curry Ingredients:-

• 1.beef - 1/2 kg
• 2. big onion - 2
• 3. tomato - 2
• 4. oil - 3 tea sp
• 5. chilly powder - 1/2 tea sp
• 6. potato - 1
• 7. garlic - 1
• 8. ginger - 1 piece
• 9. cinnamon - 1 piece
• 10. pepper - 15
• 11. clove - 8
• 12. Cumin seed - 1/2 tea sp
• 13. vinegar - 1 tea sp

• Method of preparation Beef Curry :

• Make a paste of ingredients 7 to
• 13 all together. Cut the beef into squares of 2 inches each. Apply the
• above paste on the pieces of beef and keep for 30 minutes. Cook the
• beef with 1/2 glass water in a cooker.
• Pour oil in a pan and add onion pieces, tomato pieces, thin round
• pieces of potato and fry.
• Add pepper powder to the remaining quantity of oil and heat gently.
• Add the extract of the beef into the oil.
• When it becomes thick, add the beef pieces, stir well and take out.
