Banana Halwa Banana Halva Ingredients:-
(1) ripe banana – 2 kgs
(2) sugar – 1 kg
(3) ghee – 250 gms
(4) Powdered elachi – 1 tea sp
Method of preparation Banana Halwa Banana Halva
Cook the banana over steam, take it out and remove skin and fibres. Then
grind that in a mixer.
Melt sugar in a vessel. Pour the melted sugar into the banana paste and
stir. When it becomes thick mix ghee and powdered elachi and stir. Apply
ghee inside a vessel and transfer above mixture into the vessel. Allow
to cool and then cut into pieces.
