Banana Bun ( Pazham Poli ) Ingredients:-
1. Ripe banana fruit – 2
2. maida – ½ cup
3. rice flour – 1 sp
4. sugar – 1 sp
5. salt – 1 pinch
6. turmeric powder – 1 pinch
7. oil – as required
Method of preparation Banana Bun ( Pazham Poli )
1) Mix all ingredients except banana fruit with water to form a thick solution.
2) Peel off the skin of banana, cut each one into 4 pieces. Heat oil
in a pan. Dip each piece in the thick solution prepared already and roast
that in the oil. Take out when it becomes crisp. Keep for a few minutes
so as to get rid of the excess oil.
