Ingredients:-
(1) raw rice flour – 500 gms
(2) coconut – 1
(3) elachi – 5
(4) salt – to taste
(5) cumin seed – ½ tea sp

Soak the rice, grind and sieve. Mix with grated coconut, elaichi powder, cumin seed powder and salt and rub well. Roast in a heated pan until the mixture turns reddish.
