Yam Kabab ( Chena Kabab ) South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles

Yam Kabab ( Chena Kabab ) Ingredients:-
(1) Piece of yam – 1 kg
(2) Cinnamon – 1 piece of I inch length
Coconut crunches – 2 cups
Fennel– 2 pinch
Pepper – 20
(3) Curry leaves – a little
Coriander leaves – a little
Pudina leaves – a little
Green chilly – 12
(4) Salt, oil – as required
(5) Big onion cut into pieces – 2 cups

Method of preparation Yam Kabab ( Chena Kabab )

Cut the yam into small pieces and grind them in a mixture. Grind the
Ingredients under (2) and mix with the yam paste. Add ingredients
under (3) into the mixture. Also add salt and onion pieces and mix
well. Make balls having size of Amla fruit, fry them in boiling oil and
take them out.
