Vegetable Vada Ingredients:-
(1) gram flour – 2 cup
(2) cabbage, beans, carrot – 1 cup (cut into small pieces)
(3) big onion – 2 (cut into small pieces)
(4) green chilly – 5
(5) salt – to taste
(6) chilly powder – 1 table spoon
(7) oil – 500 ml
Method of preparation Vegetable Vada
Mix gram flour with the vegetables, onion and green chilly. Add salt and
water and mix well. Keep the mixture for some time. Then add chilly powder.
Make small balls with the mixture,
Press the ball on palm and add them into boiling oil. Fry and take out.
