Vegetable Soup Ingredients:-
(1) Carrot chopped into small pieces – 1
(2) Beans cut into small pieces – 25 grams
(3) Chopped mushroom – 50 grams
(4) Garlic – 3 pellets
(5) Palak leaves – 10 grams
(6) Butter – 50 grams
(7) Pepper powder – ¼ tea spoon
(8) Vegetable cube – ½ cube
(9) Corn Flour – 1 table spoon
(10) Cow milk – 100 ml
(11) Water – 400 ml
(12) chopped salary – 1 tea spoon
Method of preparation Vegetable Soup
Take the butter in pyrex dish and heat in microwave for 30 seconds to
melt. Add ingredients 1 to 5 into that and heat for another 5 minutes
on combination. Take the vessel out, add corn flour and stir well to mix.
Again heat in the microwave for 3 minutes. Take the vessel out, add milk
and water, stir well and then boil in microwave for 7 minutes. Then take
the vessel out and add pepper powder, vegetable cube, salt and salary
and stir well. Serve hot.
