Vegetable Samosa Ingredients:-
(1) Maida – 1 cup
(2) Green peas – 100 grams
(3) Potato - 2
(4) Beans – 100 grams
(5) Carrot – 100 grams
(6) Beat root – 100 grams
(7) Green chilly – 5
(8) Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
(9) Pepper powder – ½ tea spoon
(10) Oil, salt, curry leaves – as required
(11) Big onion – 2
Method of preparation Vegetable Samosa
Cook the vegetables with salt, water and turmeric powder.
Pour a little oil into a pan and add mustard seeds. When
It cracks, add green chilly pieces, curry leaves, pepper
powder and the cooked vegetables.
Make a paste of maida with water and salt. Make small
