Vegetable Rolls Ingredients:-
(1) Maida – ½ cup
(2) Corn flour – 2 table spoon
(3) Butter – ½ cup
(4) Salt – to taste
(5) Water – 2 cups
(6) Big onions - 2
(7) Tomato – 2
(8) Carrot – 1
(9) Capsicum – 1
(10) Green chilly – 6
(11) aginomoto – ¼ tea sp
(12) Ginger – 1 piece
(13)Pepper – ½ tea sp
(14) Cabbage – 1 small piece
(15)Oil, salt – to taste.
Method of preparation Vegetable Rolls
Melt butter in a pan. Take maida, corn flour and salt and mix the three
thoroughly with the butter Add water little by little and stir. Pour one
big spoon of paste on a kadai and spread in circular shape. It must be
very thin.
Cut all the vegetables into very fine pieces. Heat oil in a pan and fry
pieces of big onion in that. Add into the pan all the vegetables, green
chilly, pepper powder, aginomoto and salt. Close the pan and boil.
W hen the mixture is roasted well, take it out and add a little of the
mixture over the pan cake already prepared. Roll the pan cake with the
roasted mixture filled inside. Dip the pan cake in white part of egg and
then in bread crunches. Get it fried in boiling oil.
