Vegetable Cutlet Ingredients:-
(1) Bread crumb – 1 cup (10) green peas – 100 gms
(2) Potato – 2 (11) salt – to taste
(3) Big onion – 2 (12) oil – 400 ml
(4) Cabbage – ¼ part (13) egg - 2
(5) Carrot – 3 (14) garam masala – 1 tsp
(6) Beans – 5
(7) Green chilly – 2
(8) Ginger – 1 small piece
(9) Garlic – 2 pellets
Method of preparation Vegetable Cutlet recipe
Cook the potato and smash them. Cook the green peas and keep that aside.
Pour a little oil in a pan and heat it. Add pieces of big onion into that
and roast. Add ingredients (4) to (9) into the heated oil and roast them.
Add salt and one tea spoon garam masala. Add the cooked potato and green
peas and mix well. Remove the pan from the stove.
Make small balls with the above mixture and spread the balls to the shape
of cutlet. Dip the pieces in white part of egg, roll them over bread crunch
,fry in boiling oil and take out.
Instead of white part of egg and bread crunch, solution of maida in water
can be used.
