Uzhunnu Vada Black Gram Vada South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe
Uzhunnu Vada Black Gram Vada Ingredients:-
(1) black gram dhal (skin removed) – 500 grams
(2) green chilly – 12 (cut into small pieces)
ginger – 1 piece
(3) curry leaves – a little
Salt – to taste
(4) coconut oil – 400 ml
Method of preparation Uzhunnu Vada Black Gram Vada
Soak the dhal and filter off the water. Cut green chilly and ginger into
small pieces. Grind the black gram dhal into a fine paste and add ginger,
green chilly, curry leaves and salt into that. Stir well. Heat oil in
a pan. Make small balls with the dhal mixture and press them in round
shape on palm. Make a hole at the center. Add the vada into the boiling
water and fry. Take out and serve.
