Tuber SaladIngredients:-
(1). Pomegranate petals – ½ cup
(2). Carrot cut into small pieces – ½ cup
(3). Radish pieces – ¼ cup
(4). Beat root cut into pieces and cooked – ¼ cup
(5). Potato cut into pieces and cooked – ½ cup
(6). Cooked white gram – ½ cup
(7). Lemon juice – 2 table spoon
(8). Vinegar – 2 table spoon
(9). Salt – to taste
(10). Sugar – 1 tea spoon
(11). coriander leaves, celery – to decorate
Method of preparation Tuber Salad
Mix all ingredients from (1) to (10) together, stir well and keep inside
the fridge for an hour. Then take out and fill into a beautiful salad
bowl. Decorate with celery and coriander leaves.
