Tomato Delite Ingredients:-
(1) tomato cut into small slices – 1 kg
(2) lemon juice – 1 cup
(3) sugar – 2 cups
(4) water – 1 litre
(5) chaamba fruit (seed removed and cleaned) – ½ kg
Method of preparation Tomato Delite
Crush all ingredients together in a mixer, filter, chill and then serve.
