Stir Fry Chicken with Vegetables Ingredients:-
(1)Chicken pieces without bone and cut with 1 inch thickness – 350
gram
(2) Lemon juice – 15 ml
(3) Curd – 100 ml
(4) Pepper powder – 2 tea spoon
(5) Big onion cut into long pieces – 1
(6) Carrot cut into small pieces with ½ inch thickness - 2 (small)
(7) Capsicum cut into long pieces – 1
(8) Soya sauce – 3 table spoon
(9) Tomato sauce – 2 table spoon
(10) Chilly sauce – 1 table spoon
Method of preparation Stir Fry Chicken with Vegetables
Apply lemon juice, curd, salt and pepper powder on the chicken pieces
the previous day and keep them at the lower part of fridge. Next day take
them out, mix with the sauces and keep outside to remove chillness. When
it becomes warm, keep the vessel opened and cook in a microwave for 7
minutes. Mix all other ingredients with the chicken pieces and remaining
gravy and cook on crisp for 10 minutes and take out.
