Spinach Leaf Soup South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe
Spinach Leaf Soup Ingredients:-
(1). Spinach leaves or palak leaves – 1 cup
(2). Big onion cut into rectangular pieces – ½ cup
(3). Tomato cut into pieces – ½ cup
(4). Roasted green gram dhal – ½ cup
(5). Cinnamon – 1 small piece
(6). Clove – 3
(7). Water – 1 cup
(8). Salt – to taste
(9). Pepper powder – 1 tea spoon
(10). Coriander leaves ( to decorate ) – a little
Method of preparation Spinach Leaf Soup
Boil all ingredients from (2) to (7) in a cooker. Add salt also. Then
open the cooker, add spinach or palak leaves and boil again and allow
to cool. Transfer the mixture to a mixer and rotate. Take the mixture
out, add pepper powder and stir well, decorate by sprinkling pieces of
coriander leaves and serve.
