Spinach Cutlet South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe
Spinach Cutlet Ingredients:-
(1) Spinach – 1 bundle
(2) Bengal gram dhal – 250 grams
(3) Green chilly – 5
(4) Ginger – 1 piece
(5) Big onion – 1
(6) Egg – 1
(7) Oil, salt – as required
(8) Bread crumbs – 1 ½ cup
(9) Masala powder – 1 tea spoon
Method of preparation Spinach Cutlet
Cut the spinach leaves into small pieces. Cook the spinach
And Bengal gram dhal separately and then mix them.
Roast green chilly, ginger and onion in oil. Add masala
Powder also. Grind the spinach – Bengal gram dhal
mixture into it followed by salt. Roast the mixture
and take out. Make small balls with the mixture
and spread them like cutlet. Dip the pieces in
whipped egg and roll them over bread crumbs.
Fry the cullet in boiling oil and take out.
