Spinach Cabbage Vada Cheera Cabbage Vada Ingredients:-
(1) black gram – 1 cup
(2) spinach cut into very small pieces – ½ cup
(3) cabbage cut into very small pieces – ½ cup
Green chilly – 6 (cut into small pieces)
Big onion - 1 (cut into small pieces)
Salt – to taste
Oil – as required
Method of preparation Spinach Cabbage Vada Cheera Cabbage Vada
Soak the black gram in water and grind. Add all other ingredients except
oil into the paste and mix well. Take a little quantity of the mixture
and press that in the shape of vada. Heat oil in a pan, fry the vada in
the boiling oil and take out.
