Soya Mushroom Pulav South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe
Soya Mushroom Pulav Ingredients:-
(1) neatly chopped butter mushroom – 200 grams
(2) cooked soya mean – 50 grams
(3) cooked biriyani rice – 3 cup
(4) palak leaves – 1 cup
(5) tomato pieces without seeds – ½ cup
(6) cinnamon, clove, elachi – 3 each
(7) big onion chopped – ½ cup
(8) ginger garlic paste – 1 tea spoon
(9) green chilly - adjust to taste
(10) salt – adjust to taste
(11) veg. oil – 2 ea spoon
(12) coriander leaves – to decorate
Method of preparation Soya Mushroom Pulav
Pour oil into a deep bottomed non stick vessel and heat. Add cinnamon,
clove and elachi and roast them. When the roasting smell comes add pieces
of big onion also. Then add ginger garlic paste and roast till the smell
ceases. Add tomato and mushroom, stir well , close the vessel and steam
cook for 4 minutes with a small flame. Open the vessel and add palak leaves
and green chilly. Keep a small flame and heat for 5 minutes so as to remove
the water content. Add soya bean and biriyani rice, stir well and after
2 minutes stop heating and take the vessel out of the stove.
Decorate with coriander leaves and serve.
