Shamy Kabab South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe
Shamy Kabab Ingredients:-
(1) Meat – ½ kg
(2) Onion – 1/2kg
(3) Large white gram – 1/2kg
(4) Green chilly – 2
(5) Coriander leaves – a little
(6) Ginger – 1 piece
(7) Garlic – 3 pellets
(8) Pepper powder – 1 tea spoon
(9) Coriander seed powder – 2 tea spoon
(11) Turmeric powder – 1 pinch
(12) Cumin seed and clove – powdered - 1 teaspoon
(13) Salt and oil – as required
Method of preparation Shamy Kabab recipe
Grind meat and soaked white gram together. Cut green
chilly and coriander leaves into small pieces. Grind all
ingredients from (7) to (11) together and mix with the
meat - white gram mixture. Add salt also.
Cut onion, ginger and garlic into small pieces.
Take a little of the meat mixture press it on palm. Add a
Little onion – garlic – ginger mixture on that and make it
a ball. Boil oil in a pan and fry the balls in the oil one
by one.
