Semiya Payasam Vermicelli Payasam
Semiya Payasam Ingredients:-
(1) Milk – 1 liter
(2) Vermicelli – 100 grams
(3) Ghee – 2 spoon
(4) Sugar – 150 grams
(5) Elachi – 4 Nos.
(6) cashew nut – 10 Nos.
(7) Dry grapes – 10 Nos.
Method of preparation Semiya Payasam
Roast the cashew nut and dry grapes separately in the microwave and keep
aside. (cashew nut – 2 minutes, dry grapes – ½ minute)
Take vermicelli in the pyrex dish, pour ghee, heat for 3 minutes and take
out. Pour 500 ml of milk into the pyrex dish, add the vermicelli into
the milk, add half the quantity of sugar and boil for 15 minutes. Every
5 minutes, stir with an egg beater. After 10 minutes pour the remaining
quantity of milk also and boil. Then take it out, sprinkle the remaining
quantity of sugar, cashew nut, dry grapes and elachi powder and serve.
