Pulissery Pulisherry recipe Ingredients:-
(1) Curd – 250 ml (100 ml water mixed)
(2) Tomato – 250 grams
(3) Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
(4) Fenugreek – 1 tea spoon
(5) Onion – cut into pieces – 1 tea spoon
(6) Sugar – 1 tea spoon
(7) Oil – 1 tea spoon
(8) Curry leaves – a little
(9) Salt – adjust to taste
Method of preparation Pulissery Pulisherry recipe
Roast fenugreek and onion with I tea spoon oil for 2 minutes on crisp.
Then add tomato, green chilly, turmeric powder, sugar and salt and heat
on crisp for 4 minutes. Take that out and add curry leaves. When the mixture
is a little hot, stir the mixture so as to break it, add curd and stir
well. Heat in microwave for one minute and take out.
