Poori South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe
Poori Ingredients:-
(1) wheat powder – 500 grams
(2) veg. oil – 250 ml
(3) salt – to taste
Method of preparation Poori
Make a thick paste of wheat flour by mixing with salt and water. Keep
the vessel closed for 1 hour. Then make small balls with the paste. Sprinkle
a little wheat flour on the slab and spread the balls into small circular
shapes. Heat oil in a pan and add the puris into the boiling oil. Roast
them and take out.
