Pineapple, Cabbage Salad Ingredients:-
(1) Germinated green gram – ¼ cup
(2) Pineapple cut into very small pieces – 1 cup
(3) Cabbage chopped into small pieces – ½ cup
(4) Vinegar – ½ tea spoon
(5) Curd with less sour (water removed) – ½ cup
(6) Chilly powder – ¼ tea spoon
Method of preparation Pineapple, Cabbage Salad
Mix all the ingredients together, chill the mixture and serve.
