Pappaya Ularthu Pappaya Fry South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe
Pappaya Ularthu Pappaya Fry Ingredients:-
(1) grated raw papaya – 2 cups
(2) cooked green peas – ½ cup
(3) chopped spinach – ¼ cup
(4) Grated coconut – ½ cup
(5) Green chilly – to taste
(6) small onion – 4
(7) cumin seed – ¼ tea spoon
(8) garlic – 10 pellets
(9) oil – 1 tea spoon
(10) salt – adjust to taste
(11) Red chilly – 2
(12) Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
Method of preparation Pappaya Ularthu Pappaya Fry
First, grind the following ingredients together –
Coconut
Green chilly
Small onion
Cumin seed
Turmeric powder &
4 pellets of garlic
Pour oil into a pan and add the following into that-
The remaining pellets of garlic (chopped pieces)
Red chilly (chopped pieces)
Roast them and then mix them with the ground mixture made first and heat
it. When the roasting smell comes, add grated papaya and spinach leaves,
stir well, close the vessel and heat for 5 minutes with a small flame.
Then open the vessel, add green peas and stir and fry for another 5 minutes.
Then stop heating and take out. This dish is suitable for diabetic patients
to take at intervals.
