Paanagam Ingredients:-
(1) lemon fruit – 1
(2) jaggery – 50 grams
(3) elachi and dry ginger crushed together – a little
Method of preparation Paanagam
Dissolve the jaggery in a cup of water. Cool that and filter. Add lemon
juice and mixture of crushed elachi and ginger into the jaggery solution
and mix well. Keep the mixture to cool and then serve.
( The recipe is for one lemon. When number of lemon is more, quantity
of jaggery may be increased proportionally. )
