Omega Bread Omlet Ingredients:-
(1) bread – 4 pieces
(2) white part of egg – 4
(3) spinach / palak leaves – ¼ cup
(4) tomato – 4
(5) Ayala fish (cooked without thorns) – ¼ cup
(6) pepper powder – ½ tea spoon
(7) salt – adjust to taste
Method of preparation Omega Bread Omlet
Mix the ingredients (2) to (7). Add more water in case the mixture appears
thick. Dip the bread pieces in the mixture and roast them either in non
– stick pan or in microwave.
