Ney Murukku Ghee Murukku Ingredients:-
(1) Raw rice flour – 4 cups
Roasted gram flour – 1 cup
Roasted black gram flour –2 cup
(2) Ghee – 2 tea spoons
(3) Salt, water – as required
(4) Sesame seeds – 2 tea spoon
Cumin seed – 2 tea spoon
Asafoetida powder – ½ tea spoon
(5) Oil – ½ kg
Method of preparation Ney Murukku Ghee Murukku
Pass the flours under (1) through a sieve. Mix the three flours together,
add ghee, salt and water and make a thick paste. Grind all ingredients
under (4) and add them to the paste and mix well. Heat oil in a pan. Fill
the Murukku Maker with the prepared mixture and squeeze out into the boiling
oil. Fry well and take out.
