Netholi Thakkali Fry Anchovy Tomato Fry Ingredients:-
(1) Big size Anchovy fish – 250 grams
(2) Tomato - 2 (big size)
(3) Green chilly – 10
(4) Small onion – 10
(5) Fennel – 1 tea spoon
(6) Big onion – 1
(7) Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
(8) Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
(9) Curry leaves, Salt – as required
(10) Oil – 1 ½ tea spoon
Method of preparation Netholi Thakkali Fry Anchovy Tomato Fry
Clean the Anchovy fish. Grind ingredients (2) to (6) in a mixer. Mix the
fish, the ground mixture, salt, chilly and turmeric powder together and
keep them spread them in a tawa. Pour oil and roast the mixture on combination
for 15 minutes. Flip the fish after 10 minutes. Add curry leaves after
14 minutes.
