Mutton Cutlet South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe
Mutton Cutlet Ingredients:-
(1) Mutton (without bone) – 1 kg
(2) Potato – ½ kg
(3) Green chilly – 10
(4) Ginger – 1 piece
(5) Masala powder – 1 table spoon
(6) Bread crumbs – as required
(7) Oil – ½ kg
(8) Salt – to taste
(9) Curry leaves – as required
(10) Egg – 2
Method of preparation Mutton Cutlet
Add salt to the mutton, boil and mince. Add mustard seeds in a pan and
heat. When the seeds crack add green chilly, ginger, and curry leaves
--- all cut into small pieces ---- and roast them. Add masala powder,
stir well and take out of the stove. Cooked and smashed potato, minced
mutton, roasted ingredients ----- all these mix well and make small balls
with the mixture. Press the ball on your palm, dip in whipped egg and
roll over bread crumb and fry them in boiling oil and take out. (Instead
of mutton, any other meat can be used.)
