Muringakka Meen Vattichatu Drum Stick Fish Dried Ingredients:-
(1) Medium size Ayala fish – 4 (each cut into 3 pieces)
(2) Big onion – 2
(3) Tomato – 2 (big)
(4) Chilly powder – 1 ½ tea spoon
(5) Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
(6) Drum sticks – 2 Nos. (cut into small pieces)
(7) Tamarind – 1 table spoon
(8) Sugar – ½ tea spoon
(9) Oil – 1 tea spoon
(10) Salt, curry leaves – as required
Method of preparation Muringakka Meen Vattichatu Drum Stick Fish Dried
Clean the fish and cut into pieces. Grind the big onion and tomato in
a mixer. Pour oil in pyrex dish and roast the onion tomato paste for 8
minutes on combination. After 5 minutes add chilly powder and turmeric
powder and stir. Now take the dish out and add fish, drum sticks, tamarind
solution, salt and a little water and stir well. Then keep the vessel
in the microwave, close the vessel and cook for 10 minutes. Take out,
add curry leaves, stir and serve.
