Mulagu Vada Chilly Vada Ingredients:-
(1) big green chilly ( with thick skin ) – 10
(2) gram flour = 250 grams
(3) salt – to taste
(4) oil – 400 ml
Method of preparation Mulagu Vada Chilly Vada
Make a thick solution of gram flour in water. Add salt also. Cut the chilly
vertically into two pieces without breaking. Dip the pieces in the gram
flour solution, fry them in boiling oil and take out.
