Meat Rolls Ingredients:-
(1) Maida – 1 cup
(2) Egg – 2
(3) Corn flour – 4 table spoon
(4) Salt – to taste
Method of preparation Meat Rolls
Whip the egg and keep it aside. Mix the maida and corn flour thoroughly
and add water. Pour the mixture into the whipped egg and mix well without
formation of lumps. Spread the mixture on a kadai and heat that with a
low flame. When the pan cake is roasted well, take that out.
