Maida Murukku South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe
Maida Murukku Ingredients:-
(1) Maida – 500 grams
(2) Cumin seed – 1 yea spoon
Butter – 100 grams
Asafetida – 1 small piece
Salt – to taste
(3) Oil – ¼ kg
Method of preparation Maida Murukku
Pass the maida flour through a sieve. Heat the flour for a while by passing
steam through it. Then add all the ingredients under (2) and mix thoroughly.
Fill the Murukku Maker with the mixture. Fix the Murukku slit at the outlet.
Squeeze the mix out into boiling oil in a pan. Fry and take out.
