Liver Kabab Ingredients:-
(1) Liver of goat – ½ kg
(2) Coriander seed powder – 1 tea spoon
Pepper powder – 1 tea spoon
Garlic – 5 pellets
Ginger – 1 piece
Masala powder – 1 piece
(3) Curd – ½ cup
Salt – to taste
(4) Ghee – 50 grams
Method of preparation Liver Kabab recipe
Cut the liver into slightly big pieces. Grind all the ingredients
Under (2). Apply that paste over the liver pieces. Also apply
curd and salt over the pieces. Fix the pieces on a long iron
rod and hold that above fire for 10 minutes. Then boil them
for 10 minutes in ghee and take out.
